Ingredients
- vegetable oil
- 1 kg clams
- 1 tbsp garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 100g whole green beans, trimmed
- 8 whole baby corn
- 50g julienne carrots
- 1 tbsp black beans
- 2 drops sesame oil

Seafood used

Cooking method
- Heat a wok well with a little vegetable oil. Place in clams, crushed garlic and ginger. Add green beans (topped and tailed), baby corn, carrots, black beans and sesame oil.
- Quickly heat through with the lid on while tossing the contents of the wok around, really mixing it up. Easy!
